All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery process. Should this happen please submit your return request within 72 hours.
- We only sell brand new items (unless specified in the item pages).
- It is imperative that you contact us before returning the item(s). Return without prior approval will not be accepted.
- All returns must be made with the same items in brand new condition within 7 days of arrival.
- Unfortunately we are unable to accept used/opened items for return.
- Refunds are carried out through the original payment method used by the purchaser.
- Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
- All defective items will be replaced with brand new items, and cannot be changed to any other item, unless the item is no longer available. In this case we will assist you in finding a solution.
- The purchaser is responsible for both return and resending of shipping charges for all situations, including factory faults or damage via post.
